Technical Assistance

Depending on the client needs, we can act promptly upon receiving a technical assistance call, whether the call is received by the technical support center or directly by the point of sale.

On the client’s request, we supply and install monitoring equipment and remote telephone support equipment capable of guaranteeing total control over the refrigeration plant, with the possibility of purchasing, managing, and archiving the values recorded.

At every intervention, we guarantee to send only competent technicians with vehicles equipped for any type of work, be it repairs and/or parts replacement. Naturally, in case of need, the entire refrigeration plant is reset and restored.

Scheduled Maintenance

We offer to our clients a recurring inspection of all refrigeration plants because even if they are operating correctly, we are fully aware of the importance of regular operation testing, striving to apply any possible preventive measures.

During maintenance intervention, a series of tests and verifications is performed on all the equipment, in addition to the cleaning and replacement of parts that might create considerable damages in the future.

Assembly, Installation and Supply

An essential part of our activity is the management of an entire job order from the initial survey to the delivery of the whole refrigeration plant.

We accept job orders for the assembly, installation and supply of refrigeration plants and refrigeration equipment, either managing the entire job order directly (under a contractor’s contract) or as a third party (sub-contractor’s contract).

After having carried out the necessary surveys and verified the possible issues that experience taught us to watch out for, we attempt to present to the client all the possible solutions, thanks also to the co-operation and support of our technical office.
